Key Responsibilities
Assist in schematic, concept, and detailed designs for MEP systems.
Develop technical plans, specifications, and workshop drawings using AutoCAD & Revit.
Lead the implementation of Revit for MEP design, including family creation, templates & workflows.
Generate clash reports using Navisworks and perform QA/QC reviews.
Conduct detailed site surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise building systems installations, ensuring adherence to contracts, safety, and regulations.
Collaborate with design teams on-site and through Revit for seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For
Engineering qualification (Advanced Diploma) or relevant certification (e.g., Electricians License A)
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (essential)
Experience in MEP design and coordination
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
