Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  (Strong chemical industry experience may be considered in place of qualification)
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in chemical or technical sales
• Proven B2B sales track record
• Solid understanding of chemical products and their applications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in industrial chemicals, water treatment, mining, coatings, or manufacturing
• Existing industry contacts or client base
• Experience working with tenders and large corporate clients
• CRM system experience
• Customer-focused mindset
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Manage and grow an existing client base
• Promote and sell chemical products/solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product demonstrations
• Provide technical advice and support on chemical applications
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
• Work closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure service delivery.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in chemical or technical sales

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
