Job Summary
Planet Fitness is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and wellness, coupled with a strong creative vision and extensive experience in graphic design. This role requires a highly creative individual who can lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all visuals align with the Planet Fitness brand and engage our diverse audience. Key
Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Lead the creative direction and execution of design projects, including marketing campaigns, digital and print advertisements, social media content, and in-club materials. Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop innovative and compelling visual content that enhances the Planet Fitness brand. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the Planet Fitness visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual communication. Digital Design: Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Work with the digital marketing team to optimize designs for user experience and conversion. Print Design: Design and oversee the production of print materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, and in-club signage. Ensure high-quality print production standards are met. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and receive feedback. Requirements Bachelors degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in both digital and print design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design. Experience with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills.
