About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in translating the visual identity of Village n Life, along with its portfolio of sub-brands and associated entities, across all visual touchpoints. This role is responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of creative solutions across both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistent application of each brand’s unique visual language while maintaining alignment with overarching brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the application of corporate identities across visual materials.
- Design and evolve brand templates, typography, iconography, and collateral systems.
- Uphold the integrity of all brands across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Collaborate on seasonal, product and event campaigns, ensuring cohesive visuals across platforms.
- Support the creation of in-room collateral, property signage, menus, wellness and spa materials.
- Ensure all artwork is reviewed, proofed and ready for production or publishing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior graphic design role.
- Proven experience in brand development and corporate identity design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience across print, packaging, digital, and environmental design.
- Understanding of the principles of marketing and brand communication.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar field.
Salary & Benefits
$60,000 – $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
