About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to oversee project scheduling and planning for major infrastructure and industrial projects in Dammam and Ras Tanura. If you have 5-7 years of direct experience with Saudi Aramco projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments.
As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring, ensuring efficient project execution in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Ensure project planning aligns with Saudi Aramco requirements, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and other planning software to track project milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, contractual obligations, and KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project planning within Saudi Aramco projects.
Saudi Aramco experience is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project planning methodologies.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules, monitor progress, and mitigate delays.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience working in Dammam / Ras Tanura is a plus.
