• Project Management
• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Managing project scope, risks, and changes.
• Technical Expertise:
• Developing, reviewing, and modifying complex engineering plans, designs, and specifications.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
• Team Leadership:
• Leading and organising the work of lower-level staff, including construction engineers and technicians.
• Mentoring and developing team members.
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Problem Solving:
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and problems that arise during construction.
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Preparing clear and concise reports on project progress and performance.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project activities. 

 
Experience & Qualification

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Construction. Engineering.
• ECSA registration.
• Experience in EPC phases (Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management) emphasis on Construction Management.
• Technically qualified to support the projects in Jafurah.
• Advanced technical and soft skills, excellent written and verbal communication, must be fluent in English and well presented
