About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Snr Procurement & Buying Manager to lead procurement initiatives across all camps, ensuring every item – from guest-facing products to operational materials – reflects the brand identity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for travel agents after-hours, providing swift, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Manage agent-only channels (hotline, WhatsApp, Live Chat) for immediate support.
- Follow strict agent-first communication protocols, contacting guests directly only when safety or urgency requires.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, product development, or buying within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong background in design thinking and product design, ideally within a brand-driven environment.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and sustainable sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations.

Salary & Benefits
