Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and calming atmosphere.

• Manage spa bookings efficiently, both in person and via phone or email.

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.

• Provide detailed information on spa treatments, facilities, and promotions.

• Liaise closely with therapists and spa management to coordinate daily schedules.

• Maintain the reception area to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including stock control and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a front-of-house hospitality role is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.

• Knowledge of spa booking systems or hotel property management systems is advantageous.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
