About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our 5-star luxury hotel and spa in Cape Town, specifically located in the Constantia area. As a live-out role, you will have the opportunity to work in a premium spa environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments to luxury standards, including massage, body therapies, and skincare
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Provide warm, attentive guest service and ensure memorable spa experiences
- Promote and sell retail products and treatments to maximise commission earnings
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities to the highest hygiene standards
- Manage bookings, guest records, and basic spa administration as required
- Handle guest feedback professionally and support service recovery when needed
Requirements
- Recognised Spa or Beauty Therapy qualification essential
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or luxury spa environment
- Strong treatment skills with confidence in retail and upselling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Qualifications
- Recognised Spa or Beauty Therapy qualification (essential for this role)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R12,400 + Commission on treatments and retail sales
