A renowned Luxury Tented Camp is seeking an organised and meticulous Stock Controller to join their management support team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain control over multiple departments stock operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage stock levels across all operational areas including housekeeping, kitchen, bar, maintenance, and guest amenities. Record; monitor, and reconcile daily stock movements accurately. Conduct monthly and ad-hoc stock takes and investigate variances. Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimise loss and waste. Liaise with suppliers, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Assist in cost control, budgeting, and purchasing decisions in coordination with management. Maintain an up-to-date filing and reporting system for all stock-related documentation. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 23 years of experience in stock control or stores management within a hospitality or lodge environment. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and stock management systems. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Honest; reliable, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
