About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Rates Administrator to join our team at Tanya Serra Food, Wine, Hospitality Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality systems, database management, and rates capturing, working closely with the Group Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load all rates for contracted suppliers accurately according to the rate sheets received.
  • Ensure all specials are loaded into the system.
  • Ensure all supplier notices are captured and kept up to date.
  • Ensure the database is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Assist consultants with queries.
  • Assist with training as needed by consultants.
  • Ensure that the system is in the best state possible, optimising to ensure future success.
  • Keep the manual up to date.
  • Update exchange rate daily in Travelyst.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience
  • Travelyst or Tourplan experience preferable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 2 years travel related experience
  • Must have a valid visa if based in South Africa

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable)
  • Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)
