Job Summary
- You will have Matric, coupled with 2-3 years experience in internal sales, using SAGE, within a distribution and/or technical environment.
- You will have gained experience in processing orders, following up on back orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem solving
- Your background will be in a fast paced environment, being able to manage email, telephone and walk in customers and ensure the smooth sale of goods in a professional manner.
- You will be experienced in generating leads for sales representatives and identifying opportunities to regenerate revenue from dormant customers.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
