Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relationships and act as a point of contact for tenant issues and queries
• Coordinate and oversee tenant communication and engagement initiatives
• Resolve tenant disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor tenant satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve tenant experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant retention

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in property management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and property management software
