Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years` experience operating a Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB).
- Valid TLB operator license.
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and operational safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) efficiently and safely.
- Perform excavation, digging, and loading tasks in alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct routine pre-operational checks to ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to keep the TLB in top condition.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
