The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fulfilment center, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time across all sales channels.</span></p><h3 style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Key Responsibilities</span></h3><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Supervise and lead fulfilment clerks and picker/packers to ensure 100% SLA compliance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Monitor and drive performance, ensuring pick/pack accuracy and efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Coordinate resources across retail, digital, and wholesale channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ensure gift wrapping and customer requests are completed with precision.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop strong collaboration with Dispatch and Supply Depot teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review ERP (Odoo) reports to identify and resolve bottlenecks.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assist with scheduling for peak sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, festive season).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain staff morale and discipline through motivation, communication, and coaching.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Uphold world-class standards of organisation, neatness, and compliance.</span></p></li></ul><h3 style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum Requirements</span></h3><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 35 years in warehousing/fulfilment (supervisory role).</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Education:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> Matric/Grade 12; Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics (Degree advantageous).</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Skills:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> Strong computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting), communication, coaching/mentoring, and presentation skills.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Traits:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> Results-driven, problem solver, adaptable under pressure, integrity, initiative, and high energy.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Other:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> Valid RSA drivers license; consistent attendance and reliability.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">This is a </span><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">permanent, full-time position</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> reporting to the Warehouse Manager.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">If you are a strong leader with a positive mindset and a proven track record in fulfilment supervision, we would love to hear from you.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">?
