Purpose of the Product Owner of Workplace Analytics will lead the strategic direction and development of Nedbank`s workplace analytics products. They will be the primary owner of the product roadmap and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions address the most critical challenges and opportunities in the evolving workplace landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with big data platforms and data analytics tools.
• Prior experience in enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of the changing nature of the workplace and the associated data implications
• Minimum Experience Level
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in workplace analytics, workforce management, or related areas.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualise, manage, and bring to market innovative products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
• Technical / Professional Knowledge
• Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of specific technology

Qualification and Experience:

• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
• Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor`s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master`s/MBA preferred
