About the Role:As an Estimator, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians. Your role involves inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring a smooth repair process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates using industry software (e.g., Audatex, TMS)Communicate clearly with customers about repair work, costs, and timelines.Liaise with insurance assessors and manage claims approvals.Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.Maintain accurate documentation and records.What We’re Looking For:Experience in estimating or within a panel beating/body shop environment.Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating software.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Please forward CV to *****@*****.co.za or contact (***)***-****
