The responsibilities for position will include, but not limited to;Objective Managing Client Account-Managing the rollouts, which includes outlining the step and resources needed to launch a successful project such as;Goals and objectives,Focus areas,Projects and related initiatives,TimelinesKey performance indicatorsManage the detailing of specifications of the project.Signing off completion certificates and sending off to the finance department.-Improving on client relations building a valuable and sound relationship.-Creating and managing a master document for all item specifications under the Clients banner.-Managing all changes from the Client and design offices so that its filtered down to correct channels.-Ensuring all projects are implemented effectively by managing;Project scope and deliverables,Project budget,Project schedule,Project Team,Project snag lists,Effective communication between client and subcontractors,Regular site visits.-Regular update to the production team,-Attend production meetings.-Sign off contractors hours.-Submit Project Reports to Director.-Documenting all variations of contracts, be it modifications, additions or removals and substitutions.-Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
