Job Summary

Administration Assistant (Remote)Are you passionate about providing exceptional administrative support? We are looking for a Remote Admin Assistant to join our team.Education:Finance or Accounting DegreeCertification in AdministrationCertification in Microsoft Office/ExcelExperience:3 years experience in Administration in the finance or insurance industry.Financial Planning Experience.Experience in handling tasks such as scheduling, document management, data entry, and client communication. Prior experience in the life insurance or finance industry is highly valued.Familiarity with processes like policy administration, client onboarding, or claims processing (for insurance roles) is an added advantage.Ability to speak to clients at a high levelInternational experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day admin support to our Canadian teamCommunicate with clients and internal teams via phone, email and Microsoft Teams Manage records, schedule appointments, and handle general operational tasksAssist in document preparation for applications and send client follow-upsFollow up on applications once they have been submitted Face-to-face calls with the advisor and clientCreate tasks in Microsoft TeamsRun quotes /illustrations on the Insurance carriers software Prepare a PowerPoint presentation Work with the Finance Department on specific tasks assigned.
