A leading Cape manufacturer & supplier to the hospitality & restaurant sector seeks a Customer Liaison Assistant.The position involves ~Building & maintaining relationships with CustomersConducting business reviews with Customers Alerting the sales team to opportunities for increase basket sales Sharing product opportunities with CustomersAchieving client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Commercial Director. Working closely with Sales Representatives. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews. Updating the Operations Manager/Commercial Director and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients.
