Job Summary
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Providing technical assistance to employees or clients
- Installing, configuring, and updating software applications
- Setting up and troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Network & System Maintenance
- Managing and maintaining company networks (LAN/WAN)
- Configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitoring system performance and security
- Performing regular backups and data recovery
Hardware & Software Management
- Installing and upgrading computer hardware and operating systems
- Managing software licenses and ensuring compliance
- Performing system updates and patch management
Qualifications & Education
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network N+, Microsoft Certified: IT Support) are a plus
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and software installations
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, printers, and peripherals
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Willingness to travel
- Must be between 25 and 35 years old
