Senior Guide & Front of House Couple Luxury Lodge | St Lucia, KZN Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Guide & Front of House Couple to join a luxury lodge in the stunning St Lucia region of KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional couple who are passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and high-end lodge operations. Key Responsibilities – Senior Guide: • Conduct informative and engaging guided game drives • Ensure guest safety and adhere to all lodge protocols • Perform basic lodge and vehicle maintenance when required • Trails experience is advantageous but not essential • Maintain vehicles and equipment to excellent standards Key Responsibilities – Front of House: • Provide exceptional hosting and guest interaction • Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure seamless service • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general administrative duties • Support F&B service and maintain basic F&B standards • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth lodge operations Requirements – Senior Guide: • Proven guiding experience in a lodge environment • Valid guiding qualification and driver’s licence • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills • Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks Requirements – Front of House: • Previous experience in a Front of House hospitality role • Strong hosting ability with excellent interpersonal skills • Basic F&B knowledge • Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused Couples who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
