About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fuel Station Manager to join our team in Standerton. With a strong background in fuel sales, retail operations, and stock control, you will be responsible for managing and leading staff teams in a high-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead staff teams in a high-paced retail environment
• Ensure efficient operation of the fuel station, including fuel sales, retail operations, and stock control
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, cash handling, and customer transactions
• Develop and implement strategies to increase fuel sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fuel Station Manager, Convenience Store Manager, or similar retail management role
• Strong background in fuel sales, retail operations, and stock control
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead staff teams in a high-paced retail environment
• Willingness and availability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
