- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with night shift experience.
- Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
- A culinary qualification would be advantageous.
