Job Summary
Responsibilities:
? Guide guests in selecting the perfect wine pairings? Train restaurant staff on wine knowledge and service? Manage wine inventory, ordering, and supplier relations? Ensure correct wine presentation, temperature, and glassware? Conduct stock-takes and minimize losses through careful handling? Adhere to liquor regulations and maintain high service standards
Requirements:
