The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting, purchasing, and managing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels while following financial goals and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary qualification in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Food Buyer or similar role. Strong negotiation , communication , and interpersonal skills . Knowledge of inventory management software . Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
