One of our clients, a leading player in the agricultural retail and supply chain sector, is seeking a Senior Manager Procurement to join their Supply Chain Division based in Paarl. This exciting senior-level opportunity is focused on managing procurement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement category strategies for infrastructure and mechanisation

Drive supplier collaboration and product innovation
-
Oversee governance, pricing models (SPP), and contract management
-
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
-
Conduct ongoing market intelligence and apply insights to strategy
Minimum Requirements:
-
Relevant B degree or equivalent qualification
-
810 years experience in a senior procurement or agri-related management role
-
Strong knowledge of agricultural supply chains and infrastructure
-
Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven solutions
-
Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak seasons
