• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, cocktails, and estate wines, with speed and consistency.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all deli guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Support the deli team during service, assisting with guest queries and food orders when needed.
• Ensure proper stock rotation, beverage storage, and quality control.
• Uphold the estate’s high standards for guest experience, cleanliness, and professionalism.

• 1–2 years of experience in a barista, barman, or beverage service role—preferably in a premium or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong working knowledge of wines, coffee, and basic mixology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
