Responsibilities:
Adhere to strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols.Acquire in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily features, and promotions.Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep of work areas, utensils, and equipment.Keep work spaces clean and organized at all times.Communicate ingredient orders accurately to the Head Chef.Prepare and execute mise-en-place tasks promptly.Present dishes with proper garnishes, portion sizes, and serving methods.Optimize cooking processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across departments.Essential Qualifications:Culinary Certificate or Diploma.23 years of experience as a Demi-Chef de Partie (preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Professional demeanor and ability to maintain relationships across departments.Confidence in interacting with distinguished clientele.Integrity, adaptability, and accountability in your work.Email CV to RT Projects
