Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section * Ensure all food preparation meets restaurant standards and presentation expectations * Assist with the smooth running of the kitchen during service * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times * Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to senior chefs * Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff * Follow all health, hygiene and safety procedures diligently * Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements where appropriate ??
