About the Role
The General Manager is responsible for leading the company’s management functions, driving strategic direction, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving profit targets and managing complex logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years industry knowledge
- 10 years of experience in a senior management role within logistics, transport, or an operational environment
- Experience measured by achieving a set profit target
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a team and lead organizational structure development
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Relevance degree in Business Management, Logistics, Commerce, or similar
- MBA qualification will be an advantage
- Matric completion (if applicable)
