Salary: R16,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and personable Guest Relations Officer to join a prestigious luxury wine estate located in Stellenbosch. This seasonal role requires a polished individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
  

• Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  

• Assist in coordinating guest experiences, including tours, tastings, and special events
  

• Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  

• Uphold the estates brand values and ensure consistent service excellence
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations, front of house, or hospitality is essential
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
  

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  

• Knowledge of wine and luxury hospitality would be advantageous
  

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  

• Well-presented with a positive and service-orientated attitude
