• Design and execute an innovative cocktail menu that celebrates local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and estate-produced wines and spirits.
• Lead and mentor the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with flair and precision.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and Sommelier to create harmonious pairings and elevate the estate’s holistic offering.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency across all bar services.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, costing, and inventory management.
• Drive bar revenue through creative events, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Stay ahead of global mixology trends while keeping sustainability and storytelling at the core of the beverage experience.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Bartender or Mixologist in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and modern mixology techniques.
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest interaction.
• Strong leadership, training, and team development skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with wine estates, boutique hotels, or fine dining venues is an advantage.
• WSET or similar beverage certification is a plus.
