Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee all duties related to guest relations, night audit, and duty management.Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs and complaints.Conduct daily briefings for staff on VIPs, site inspections, specific functions, and important updates.Maintain constant communication with relevant departments.Coordinate and prepare staff rosters to ensure adequate guest relations coverage.Uphold high standards of conduct, uniform, language, and grooming among staff.Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.Organize monthly meetings and regular petty cash checks/end-of-month reconciliations.Ensure current SOPs are followed and updated as needed.
Requirements:
Hospitality qualification (diploma or degree).45 years of management experience (preferably in a 5-star environment).Strong computer and administrative skills.Fluency in English.Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent guest service orientation and people skills.Professionalism in dealing with distinguished clientele.Email CV to RT Projects
