Duties & Responsibilities – Gather raw data from various sources, including ITSM tools, databases, and data queries. – Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to IT operations. – Design, create, and maintain reports that eô??¯ectively communicate key metrics and findings to diverse audiences. – Tailor reports to meet the needs of diô??¯erent stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance. – Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to enhance report presentation and comprehension. – Create dashboards and visual aids that summarize data in an accessible format. – Work closely with IT teams, management, and other departments to understand reporting needs and requirements. – Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. – Review and validate data accuracy and integrity before finalizing reports. – Continuously assess and improve reporting processes to enhance eô??¯iciency and eô??¯ectiveness. – Document reporting processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and standardization. – Provide training and support to team members on report usage and data interpretation. – Ensure adherence to data governance policies and ITIL practices in all reporting activities. – Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting. Desired Experience & Qualification – National Diploma in IT or equivalent (mandatory). – Data Analytics Certification (mandatory). Experience: – 2 years of relevant experience in report writing, data analysis, or related roles. – Proven experience in operational ITSM reporting and data interpretation. – Optional (Graphics Design) Technical Skills: – Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau). – Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices. – Graphics Design
