Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an organised and driven Reservations & Revenue Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. What youll be doing: ? Overseeing the entire reservations process from inquiry to confirmation ? Leading, coaching, and motivating the reservations team ? Maximising room revenue through strategic inventory management and collaboration ? Maintaining accurate data and reports using Protel Air (or similar systems) ? Managing VIP bookings, special requests, and problem-solving with professionalism ? Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and messages to ensure exceptional guest service ? Working closely with other Heads of Departments ? Attending meetings, preparing reports, and providing feedback What were looking for: ? Grade 12 + relevant tertiary qualification ? 3+ years experience as a Reservations Manager (luxury/5* environment preferred) ? Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills ? Knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel booking systems (e.g., Protel Air) ? Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and guest focus ? Experienced in MS Office and Excel ?
