What You’ll Do: • Lead and enhance the full guest experience in our vibrant tasting room • Host engaging tastings, tours, and sparkling wine presentations • Support sales of experiences, destination offerings, and products • Assist with events, activations, and functions • Help develop and execute long-term brand home business plans • Drive customer engagement, database growth, and club sign-ups • Ensure operational excellence, stock control, and cash handling • Support property maintenance to uphold world-class standards • Participate in quality, safety, and compliance processes • Train temporary staff and support team communication • Manage online sales channels, orders, and daily admin • Oversee staff rosters, IT needs, and regular stock takes What Makes You a Great Fit: • A qualification in hospitality, tourism, or event coordination • Wine knowledge — CWA certification is a bonus • Experience in hospitality or the wine industry, especially in premium environments • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills • Excellent admin, organizational, and multitasking ability • Comfortable working independently and staying calm under pressure • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when needed Own transport essential If you’re driven, polished, and love creating magical guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
