Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Tax Administration Prepare and submit Approval of International Transfer (AIT) for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor AIT submissions and manage follow-ups, status tracking, and document re-submissions where necessary. Liaise with clients to obtain supporting documentation and ensure submissions are accurate and compliant. Handle provisional tax submissions where applicable. Compliance & Regulatory Support Monitor SARS compliance requirements for individual taxpayers and keep records up to date. Assist clients with tax clearance applications related to offshore allowances. Ensure adherence to South African tax laws and SARS guidelines. Client Liaison & Support Engage with clients to gather required tax documentation and ensure all necessary disclosures are made. Provide guidance on tax filing obligations, refunds, and tax liabilities . Assist with SARS queries, verification`s, and audits as required. Administrative & System Management Keep detailed logs of AIT submissions, correspondence, and feedback from SARS Work with internal teams to ensure tax obligations are integrated with broader financial and compliance processes . Support broader on-boarding and trading operations with administrative tasks as required. Area: Stellenbosch, Devonbosch.
