Job Description
About the Role
The role focuses on delivering effective recruitment solutions while ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation. As a Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, contract, and / or temporary roles, sourced through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, contract, and / or temporary roles
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology (advantageous)
- 25 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
