Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Call new 30 days free activations and guide them through the product features and sign-up process.
- Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide coverage options, ultimately driving policy sales
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and build lasting impressions.
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance industry trends, competitor offerings and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least two years of consecutive sales or similar experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in industries such as telecommunications, tech, retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, financial services, health and wellness or tourism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach.
- Understanding insurance products and services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the cycling industry will be a plus.
Working Hours:
UK Summer Period (April – September): 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
UK Winter Period (October – March): 11:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday.
