Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly at assigned tables and provide menus and wine lists.Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.Set tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the bar and kitchen staff.Clear dirty cutlery and crockery after guests have finished using them.Offer desserts and coffee to enhance the dining experience.Ensure correct billing for guests.Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and cleanliness of uniform.
Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification.Preferably 1 year of previous experience as a waiter/waitress.Familiarity with cash registers and ordering information systems.Basic math skills.Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Attentive, patient, and comfortable working with distinguished clientele.Well-presented and enthusiastic personality.Flexibility and accountability.Reliable transport or own transport is essential.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment.Opportunities to grow and excel in the hospitality industry.? send CV to RT Projects
