Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the storeroom, including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations.
• Enforce policies for proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and other departments to ensure material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and generate requisitions for replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage documentation for stock movements (receipts, transfers, disposals).
• Book parts out on job cards daily.
• Prepare regular reports on stock status, usage, and discrepancies.
• Continuously improve inventory management processes and storage efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse, storeroom, or inventory management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly yet firm personality with proven leadership skills.
• Fast learner with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Contactable references required.
• Age 3545 preferred (negotiable).

Working Conditions:

• Based in the storeroom.
• Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• Full-time role.
• Hours: Monday Friday: 08:00 17:30 & every second Saturday: 08:00 17:00.
