Job Summary
Bestuur van die versorgingseenheid in oorleg met die departement se eenheidbestuurder en die res van ons klient se Bestuurspan.
Met die fokus op operasionele beplanning vir en van die eenheid. Neem leiding vir die dag-tot-dag operasies van die eenheid.
- Skep ‘n positiewe en veilige atmosfeer in die versorgingseenheid waarin Inwoners welkom, rustig, geborge en veilig voel en bly.
- Om toesig te hou oor die daaglikse inwonersorg en aktiwiteite, te verseker dat, effektiewe prosesse en prosedures vir inwoners uitgevoer word deur die personeel. Om betroubare skakeling met inwoners se families te hê en toe te sien dat voldoende instandhoudings versoeke deurgegee word aan die instandhoudings afdeling. Monitor die algemene funksionering van die versorgingseenheid en identifiseer areas vir verbetering.
- Die personeel te bestuur en optimale dienslewering in oorleg met die Operasionele Bestuurder en Personeel Beampte te verseker.
Kwalifikasie:
- Geregistreerde Verpleegkundige met die geldige registrasie by die betrokke gesondheidsowerheid.
- Bewese ervaring in leierskap en bestuur van ‘n versorgingseenheid of ‘n soortgelyke rol.
- Sterk kliniese Vaardighede en ‘n begrip van die spesifieke behoeftes van versorgingspasiënte.
Vaardighede:
- Sterk interpersoonlike kommunikasie vaardighede in Engels en Afrikaans (geskrewe en gesproke).
- ‘n Begrip van relevante wetgewing en regulasies in die gesondheidsorgbedryf.
- Uitstekende kliniese vaardighede en kennis van mediese terminologie.
- Basiese rekenaarvaardighede (Microsoft Office-sagteware program).
- Vermoë om effektief te dokumenteer en rapporteer oor pasiënt toestande en sorgintervensies.
- Verantwoordelikheid en insig om in ’n dinamiese, veeleisende en snelveranderende omgewing aan te pas en te funksioneer met goeie probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
