Job Summary
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Communications, CSI, PR, Marketing, or related field. 2 years of relevant experience in internal communications, content creation, and event management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms. Experience in managing CSI programs and digital marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company values and goals. Create content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other platforms. Manage internal and external events, media relations, and corporate communications. Promote the company`s sustainability efforts and CSI activities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, businesses, and local communities. Oversee crisis communication plans and mitigate reputational risks.
