Job Summary
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, CSI, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation and managing communication channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with communication platforms and tools.
- Experience in event management, including planning and executing corporate events.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
- Experience managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities and community development initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify communication needs, develop and implement strategies to ensure staff are informed and engaged with the company`s goals and values;
- Coordinate and manage internal events;
- Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance company image and brand reputation;
- Creating content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet and high quality website content;
- Manage media relations i.e. press releases, media enquiries, etc;
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing material i.e. brochures, social media content etc;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. farmers, businesses;
- Develop and execute brand campaigns, event planning (including budgeting and vendor engagements;
- Oversee and manage the corporate social activities and community development initiatives(CSI).
