Duties/Responsibilities: Trim carcasses. Operation of equipment and machinery to saw, split, or scribe carcasses into smaller portions to facilitate handling. Remove bone, wash, trim and cut meat into standard cuts to prepare for packing. Maintain high hygiene standards throughout all processes. Production work on process line. General labouring. Chiller room operations. Follow all OH&S procedures and policies.
