Responsibilities:
Drive product development: From concept to commercialization. Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure products meet market demands and align with company goals. Analyze market trends: Identify opportunities for new products. Generate product ideas: Develop innovative concepts. Create development plans: Outline steps to bring products to market. Oversee execution: Ensure plans are implemented on time and within budget. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitors. Analyze data: Generate insights for product development. Understand the target market: Know customer preferences. Research food trends: Stay informed about ingredients, technologies, and advancements in food science Product Planning and Strategies Develop product plans: Outline timelines, budgets, and resources. Define product specifications: Determine features and performance criteria. Align with company goals: Ensure product development aligns with strategic objectives. Maintain records: Document formulations, testing, and process changes. Prepare reports: Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders Product Development and Testing Oversee prototype development: Ensure they meet design specifications and standards. Manage product testing: Gather feedback through user testing and make adjustments. Ensure compliance: Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Develop new products: Design, test, and refine food products, recipes, and formulations. Optimize production processes: Enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
