Requirements:
- Matric (preferred with Accounting).
- Tertiary qualification or Certificate in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years’ creditors and accounting/reconciliations experience.
- Experience with processing large volumes of payments is preferred.
- Computer literacy on MS Office; SAP experience a strong advantage.

Key Performance Areas:
- Reconcile accounts payable.
- Prepare documents for data capture.
- Allocate expenses to general ledger/cost centre codes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Submit supplier payments on SAP and FNB.
- Capture supplier invoices on SAP.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and post for payment.
- Collate creditors documents and prepare payments.
- Respond to, analyse and resolve supplier and other stakeholder queries & complaints
