Explain policy details, answer questions, and handle objections effectively. Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience in medical or health insurance (required). Matric certificate / NQF Level 4 Solid understanding of medical insurance products and benefits. Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong sales closing abilities.
