About the Role As a Graphic Designer at Hyrax, youll be responsible for creating fresh, competitive, and scroll-stopping designs for a wide range of campaigns across platforms like Meta , TikTok , YouTube , and Native . Your creativity will play a direct role in engaging audiences and elevating our ad performance. Key Responsibilities Visual Content Creation Develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and campaign goals Design original, scroll-stopping content that captures attention and drives engagement Translate briefs and key messages into visually compelling assets Proactively contribute new ideas for visual storytelling and creative strategy Collaboration & Communication Work closely with stakeholders to deliver integrated campaign materials Participate in regular creative discussions to align on timelines and objectives Clearly communicate to ensure design expectations are met and exceeded Asset Management & Delivery Prepare and deliver final graphics in the correct formats Organize, archive, and manage assets for future use Stay up to date with current design and marketing trends to ensure content remains fresh and competitive Requirements 12 years of graphic design experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Strong understanding of social media and online platforms Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Excellent command of the English language Ambitious, goal-driven, and eager to grow Our Values – What We Expect You to Embody Your job isnt done until the job is done Be creative Trust your instincts and act with integrity Be honest and open with your feedback Be resourceful Obsess over the details Be bold with your campaigns Well hold you to these , because theyre how we win
